Not quite. Our rentals are booked on a first come, first served basis. Even if a date appears available, it isn’t secured until we’ve reviewed and confirmed your request.

Our rentals start at a 2-day minimum, with the option to rent for longer depending on availability.

Nope! We handle all deliveries. For safety and insurance reasons, we do not offer customer pickups.

We offer delivery within specific zones. Fees may vary depending on distance. Full delivery details can be found on our Pricing & Info Page.

We currently offer a wood-fired mobile barrel sauna that fits up to 6 people comfortably. More info and photos are available on our Pricing & Info Page.

We don’t offer same-day bookings at this time. If your request is denied for this reason, feel free to submit a new one for a later date.

Our rentals include the sauna, a bucket and a ladle, a fire extinguisher, lights, and a step stool.
We also offer wood buckets for an additional CAD $20.00 (per bucket). Each bucket provides approximately 3 hours of burn time.

Payment is only required after your rental request has been reviewed and approved. We’ll send you an invoice with payment details once everything is confirmed.

Please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellation and rescheduling policies will be outlined in your rental confirmation email.
